The Schedule of Events on July 24, 2021

PLEASE NOTE: THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS HERE ARE NOT ALL INCLUSSIVE AS SOME GUESTS ARE BRINGING SOME GAMES ALONG.

ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT THESE ARE THE HOUSE MONITORED EVENTS, ALL THE GAMES ARE OPEN FOR PARTICIATION AND PRACTICE AT ANY TIME AND WHILE THE GAMES ARE ON, YOU MAY ACCOMPANY THEM WITH THE DIFFERENT MUNCHIES ON THE GRILL OR PIZZA WITH DRINKS.

Children Hours: 10:00AM to 04:00PM

10:00AM: Arrival/Meet and Greet

11:00AM: Welcome Speech, Program Activities Broadcast, Name assignments and Team Assignments.

Commencement of Adam’s birthday party

11:00AM to 12:00PM: Free play and children’s cocktail

12:00PM to 01:00PM: Free play and children’s cocktail

01:00PM to 02:00PM : Competition begins

02:00PM to 03:00PM: Competition continues

03:00PM to 04:00PM: Competition continues and winners awarded

04:00PM to 05:00PM: A toast, cocktail hour and commencement of Alicia’s birthday party – Social Hour

05:00PM to 06:00PM: The adult games begin

06:00PM to 07:00PM: The adult games continue

07:00PM to 08:00PM: Grand Prizes awarded

08:00PM Until Departure: Dance-Dance-Dance and CAMP!
